(Ben Halbur is shown driving up to the arena, and Chris Jones is waiting nearby with a NWW cameraman. Ben gets out of the car, and Chris approaches him for an interview.)
Chris: Ben..... thoughts on being #1 contender? Or what about the new guys in NWW?
Ben: First off, Chris, did you see how I pulled up in TOTALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL CRUISE...... CONTROL? Actually I didn't. Cruise control is good on the highway, helps with the old MPG, but you really can't use it in a slower, city driving situation. But to get serious, being #1 contender feels good, but I'll feel better when I beat Terry Andrews. As for everything else, we'll get to that later.
(Ben grabs his gear and walks into the arena.)
6 Man Tag Team Match
The New Assassins (Assassin #1 and Assassin #2) and Matt Harbison defeated The Trifecta when Assassin #1 pinned Mason after a power bomb in 0:45:04.
Rating: **** ¼
("For Whom The Bell Tolls" plays in the arena, and the #1 Contender for the NWW World Championship, Ben Halbur, walks out to the customary boos that he's gotten for months. He has a very serious look on his face, and already has a mic in hand. He climbs in the ring, and immediately speaks.)
Ben: I've heard rumblings that I'm paranoid this week. Behind my back people are saying that I'm wrong about Anthony Brown, Terry Andrews, and this ICW thing. That Terry and Norm Robitza aren't joining forces, and that the "ICON" isn't trying to lure the NWW title to his company. To be honest, I've seen no evidence that doesn't support my theory. Something is brewing here in NWW, and I don't like it. Anthony Brown says he's not allowing ICW to invade NWW, but he hasn't really done anything about it. Actions speak louder than words Anthony, and I'll I've seen so far is alot of hot air. And Terry, I don't trust you as far as I can throw you. You think you're going to take the title to ICW, to join Robitza's crappy company? Hell no. I won't let that happen. So if you guys want to convince the world that you're not traitors, that you're not selling out this company for a watered down version run by a crazy old man, then you better begin to show it. This is
why I addressed The Rebel last week. I may not like the man, but he is a man of honor, of integrity. He won't stand by and watch this company die due to the actions of a few. He'll fight for NWW, and that's all I was asking for. Guys like The Rebel, Deathmask, Wezley White, myself.... we may not all get along, but we are NWW to the core. This is our company, our ring, our livelyhood. Anthony Brown and Terry Andrews will not take it from us. I know when it comes time to put up or shut up for NWW, I can trust The Rebel, Deathmask, and Wezley. I can't trust Anthony and Terry.
(The crowd doesn't seem to agree with Ben's comments, and continue to boo him.)
Ben: Now, onto the new talent of NWW, more specifically Tim Timmons and Chad Cruise. For those who haven't followed NWW events in 2011, these are two of this company's new talents, signed by Anthony Brown. They are also two guys who think that they are immediately going to be NWW World Champion. Not so fast boys. You see, I was once like you. I made my debut in 2001, in a company called the GWF. The Global Wrestling Federation. I was a 21 year old kid, big, strong, thought I knew everything. That is why the day I walked in the door, I was already challenging the top stars of the GWF before the ink was dry on my first contract. And there were some great wrestlers in the GWF. The Scorpion. Brian Daniels. Fyre. Even The Rebel was there. The place was loaded with talent, and I thought I was the best, so I challenged the World Champion and all the top contenders on day 1. And you know what happened? I didn't get those matches. In fact, I lost alot of my early matches in the GWF to midcarders. I was lost. I even accused the top guys and the GWF ownership of having a glass ceiling, of keeping themselves on top without allowing others to have a shot at the top. But you know what? They knew what I didn't. I hadn't earned anything in the GWF. Nothing. And I had to earn my way up, which I eventually started to do. Eventually I won the Tag Titles, then later the British Heavyweight Title. But my initial arrogance and inflated view of myself cost me in the GWF, big time. I never did make it to the top there. I took so long to realize that I had to earn my way up that I didn't make it. That is why you fools don't deserve a title shot right now, like you think you do. Anyone can call out another wrestler, and maybe you get a win, like Tim Timmons did last week against Terry Andrews. But a World Title shot? I don't think so. Earn your way up. Prove you deserve it on a week to week basis, and then I'll take you two seriously. But for now, you aren't worthy.
(Ben drops the mic and leaves the ring to another round of boos from the crowd.)
Legacy of Violence Championship Triangle Match
Lydia Angel defeated Bella Vendetta and Brianna Foxx when Lydia made Bella V. submit to a bow-and-arrow submission in 0:57:10.
Rating: *****
(Lydia Angel retained the Legacy Of Violence.)
[Olivia Eudora interfered against Lydia Angel.]
(Megadeth's "Symphony of Destruction" blasts in the arena, and Colt Richards walks out, TV title on his shoulder, and gets a good reaction from the crowd. Their response seems to put Colt into a better mood, as he walks down with a big smile on his face. He grabs a mic from ringside, gets in the ring, and begins to speak.)
Colt: So once again last week I pinned Matt Harbison. Matt, I'm going to give you the credit you deserve. You are a great wrestler. I'm not sure on the math, but I think you've beaten me as many time as I've beaten you. And for that I salute you. But for your whining last week, you’re complaining about the number of times you had to defend the belt, that is what the TV Champion does. When there is a TV program, you defend the belt. So tonight I'll defend the belt again, versus whomever Anthony Brown deems fit for a title shot. And I have no qualms about this. If it's you again, Matt, so be it. But if Anthony is listening, it’s about time we breathe some new life into the TV title division. Matt and I can beat each other for years and pass the gold back and forth, or you can throw some of those new talents into the mix. If NWW is taking a step forward, taking a step to make this the best wrestling organization in the world, then let the best wrestler you've
got, Colt Richards, take on some of this new talent. I'm ready to show you Anthony, and the world, just how good I am, and I'm looking forward to whatever challenge you give me.
(Colt hands the mic to the ringside announcer, his music begins to play again, and he leaves the ring, getting another positive response from the crowd as he walks up the ramp.)
Singles Match
The Dellwood Strangler made Celtic Zen Master submit to the NC Strangle in 0:36:45.

(Terry Andrews is shown backstage walking into Anthony Brown’s office. He promptly closes the door as he enters. The scene cuts to CB Pendley and Rick Harley.)
CB Pendley- Knowing Andrews like I do Rick, he has something on his mind. I’ve also been told just a few minutes ago, Anthony Brown will be making quite a few announcements later on tonight.
Rick Harley- He’s not the only one that has something to say tonight. I got something to say myself.
CB Pendley- What’s on your mind Rick?
Rick Harley- We will all find out shortly. Let go to the ring as Zorn Tracey is about to get a chance at some gold. He will face Colt Richards for the NWW Television Championship.
NWW Television Championship
Colt Richards made Zorn Tracey submit to the Revolver in 0:20:00.
Rating: **** 1/4
(Colt Richards retained the NWW Television Championship.)
(Sound of Madness by Shinedown explodes throughout the arena and Anthony Brown makes his way to the ring.)
Anthony Brown- Well, looks like CB has already told you I have a few announcements to make. And he is right. But first let me address Terry Andrews. You all viewed Terry coming to my office earlier. He had an idea. I didn’t like it. But I approved it. He will inform all of you about it later. And I guarantee it will rock the foundation of the NWW. Now, on to my first announcement. Next month I am bringing back, The Ringmaster Tournament, with a twist. Everyone on the roster will be involved in this tournament. And you will all get two shots at glory. This time the Ringmaster Tournament will be a Double Elimination Tournament. The Final Four participants will complete the tournament at February’s pay-per-view, Bad Blood Rising. The final match will be a 2 out of 3 falls match. And if by any chance the winner of the loser’s bracket wins the 2 out of 3 falls match, he will face his opponent again later on in the night in a steel cage match. The winner of the Ringmaster will receive a Championship match at a title of their choice in March at Unholy Alliance.
(The crowd bursts into cheer after this announcement.)
Anthony Brown- And if you like that announcement, you’ll love what I have in store next. But you will have to wait till later on tonight. See you all later.
(Sound of Madness plays and Anthony Brown leaves the ring to a standing ovation.)
4 on 1 Handicap Match
The Seaham Crew defeated Savage Rampage when Devastator made Savage Rampage submit to an armbar submission in 0:37:04.
Rating: *****
(After the match, Rick Harley jumps up from the announcers table and gets up on the ring apron. He motions for the Seaham Crew to grab Savage Rampage. As each of them grab an arm and a leg, Rick Harley climbs to the top turnbuckle. He then leaps off the top rope and executes a picture perfect 450 splash on a prone Savage Rampage. Harley then gets up and demands a microphone.)
Rick Harley- Savage Rampage, you worthless piece of crap. I hope you enjoyed the beating at the hands of the Seaham Crew. Now that wasn’t to soften you up for that 450, that was to soften you up for New Year’s Revolution. In your PPV debut here in NWW, you will face none other than the former NWW Revolution X Champion……………..ME! One night only, I am coming out of retirement. I will teach you to ever lay your hands on another announcer here in NWW, especially me. See you then punk.
(Harley leaves the ring and goes back to his announcers table as the Seaham Crew hand Savage Rampage off to the NWW medical staff.)
(COMING SOON……NWW WILL SHOCK YOU ONE AGAIN…..FEBRUARY 1st……BE THERE!)
("White Lightning" by SMG blares over the PA system as The NWW Champion, "Whyte Tyger" Terry Andrews come to the ring. Unanimous cheers are heard from the fans in attendance. He grabs a mic and jumps over the tope rope, taking in the cheers.)
"I never get tired of that!" says Andrews, smiling broadly.
"I've taken the liberty, as NWW Champion, to start this show off with a bang. I've been asked by many why I haven't said much of anything since winning this belt. Well, that's an easy question to answer.....now, anyway. I'll be honest with all of you. I haven't felt right since before I won this title. Winning it as I did didn't make me feel any better."
"I've had a stellar career, both in the NWW, the GWF, and other minor promotions....in both tag team and singles action. But since returning to the NWW, I've actually lost as many matches as I have won. That is something that shouldn't sit right with ANY wrestler, much less with one with the credentials I have."
"With that being said, I've decided to do what I've wanted to do since taking this title from around the waist of one Ben Halbur.... a man that has been a thorn in my side since the NWW was reborn."
(The crowd quietens...hung in suspense.)
"No, Ben.... I'm NOT giving you this belt back!!" he says, smiling as the crowd pops. " I am however, relinquishing this title. It's already been accepted by Anthony...all be it grudgingly. Now, that's not the end of the story... not by a long shot. You see, I've also requested that a tournament be held to determine the rightful, future owner of the World title. I've also secured the rights to determine the participants, to include myself."
"In no particular order....and with no more reasons other than I think they deserve it....even if I don't respect them all, they are as follows:"
"Matt Harbison and Colt Richards..... two men that have impressed me in their battles over the TV Championship."
(He pauses as the crowd chants in anticipation for another great match.)
"Next up, two wrestlers who have surprised me by handing me losses in matches I should have won, Quinton Summers & Tim Timmons."
(The decibel level increases again as more names are announced.)
"The next man has been one wrestler that has been a constant in NWW.... a constant pain in everyone's ass. that is.... Wezley White."
(The crowd pops yet again.)
"I'm also throwing a wildcard in to this tourney. Someone no one really knows, yet someone I think has the possibility to shine in the NWW. That person.....is Chad Cruise." (The chants continue.)
"Last...but not least...the man who has been a thorn in my side for a long time."
(Andrews looks directly at the camera.)
"Yes, Ben....I'm referring to you. As much as I despise you, I can't ignore what you have accomplished. I also had to take into consideration that you were the man I beat to win this belt. As such, it's only fair to give you a chance to reclaim it. And not only am I making sure you get that chance, I've also convinced Anthony to allow you to keep your number one contender status if you fail to win."
(The roof blows off as the crowd realizes how great this tournament promises to be.)
"The quarter-finals will be standard, one-on-one matches. The semi-finals will consist of 2 out of 3 fall matches. And finally, the finale will be a 30 minute, Ironman match. This way, there will be no doubt in the minds of anyone involved who the true champion of the NWW is."
"Now that that is done, allow me to say one more thing as the NWW Champion before I head to the back to hand over this title."
"Mr. Robitza....Icon....Norm. There is no bad blood between us. I have no issue with you. I'm up for a drink or three whenever you are ready." (The crowd is silent, not sure what to make of this.)
"With that said, I'm also watching you. A rival promotion doesn't for rivals make. And make no mistake..... if you think of doing anything..... and I mean ANYTHING.... to screw with me or the NWW as a whole, then you will have to deal with me as your rival." (The crowd begins cheering again.)
"Thanks to you all for standing behind me..... and I look forward to once again becoming YOUR NWW Champion. And this time....it will be by winning it the right way.... own my own!!"
(Andrews tosses the mic aside and heads to the back as SMG blares to life again.)

Anthony Brown- Well, it looks like yet another commercial pisses on my parade. But it is true, NWW will be shocking once again. Tuesday, February 1st, NWW SHOCKWAVE returns to television. SHOCKWAVE will air every Monday night except for after Pay-Per-View, which it will then air on Tuesday’s. Pretty shocking huh? I have two more announcements for you tonight… Later tonight.

Anthony Brown- Now I know the announcements of the return of The Ringmaster and Shockwave have been a lot to take in tonight, but there is more. I, along with the help of other officials in NWW have created a new rankings system for each title in New Wave Wrestling. I will debut this ranking system next week on F’N. One more announcement to go. I will see you all after the main event.
(The scene cuts back to the ring.)

(After the match Ben Halbur looks down at Timmons shaking his head in disappointment and leaves the ring. Mark Striker comes to the ring carrying his Revolution X Championship Title. He picks his friend up only to be pushed away very forcefully from Timmons.)
Striker- What is your problem man?
Timmons- Everything. I shouldn’t have lost that match. I can’t lose matches like that and expect to be a contender. And then you come out here and show off your little belt like you are something.
Striker- Excuse Me? I am something. I am the NWW Revolution X Champion. I will defend this title anywhere, anytime, against anyone…
Voice- Whoa, whoa, whoa…
(Anthony Brown walks out to the entrance ramp.)
Anthony Brown- Anywhere, you say? How about here? You also say Anytime? How about now? And against anyone? ANYONE? How about him? You have no choice. I want to see two of my top new talent go at it, for the RevX title. Now get a ref down here and ring the bell. IT’S ON!!!!
(Anthony Brown leaves the entrance ramp and a ref runs to the ring and starts the match.)

(After the match, Tim Timmons celebrates in the middle of the ring with his newly won Revolution X Championship.)

[Tim Timmons interfered against Terry Andrews.]
(Sound of Madness plays and Anthony Brown comes to the ring once again.)
Anthony Brown- Good news and bad news for you Mr. Tim Timmons. The good news is you are the new Revolution X Champion and you have been included in the NWW Championship Tournament. The bad news for you is, you interfered in a match tonight you had no business being in. You have a match at New Year’s Revolution against “The ICON” Norm Robitza in a steel cage. It is now for your Revolution X Championship. And to continue your bad news, if you beat Robitza and win the NWW Championship Tournament, you will have to give up your newly won Revolution X Championship. You are aware you may have to wrestle 3 times at New Year’s Revolution right? Good luck to you sir. Now on to other business. My final announcement has many parts to it, so let’s jump in head first. This I promise you will shake the foundation of NWW. On the February 4th edition of F’N will be the last time all of this talent will be together on national television, unless there is a special program. On February 5th, I will host a special program that will draft talent to each of our programs, F’N and SHOCKWAVE. As far as the champions go, the NWW Tag Team Champions and the NWW Television Champions will float from show to show, after all, the Television Championship has to be defended every time NWW is on Television right?
(The crowd gives Brown a huge pop.)
Anthony Brown- Well, that’s not all. The Revolution X Championship will stay on whatever show the current champion is drafted to. The bad news is, I am discontinuing the Legacy of Violence Championship. Lydia Angel will defend her belt at New Year’s Revolution. The winner of that match will go down as the final Legacy of Violence Champion. But I have another surprise for the Final LoV champion. The final champion will get the privilege to compete for both of the NEW CHAMPIONSHIPS I am introducing, the NWW World Heavyweight Championship and the NWW Prime Championship.
(The crowd gives an even larger pop.)
Anthony Brown- On February 1st, at SHOCKWAVE, we will have four 30 participant battle royals, 2 for the NWW World Heavyweight Championship and two for the NWW Prime Championship. The winners of the respective battle royals will face off on F’N on February 4th to determine the Champions. Later on that night, The NWW Champion and NWW World Heavyweight Champion will face off to determine which show they will represent. After all of that, and I know it is a lot to take in, That is all. Goodnight everyone, looks like we have a very interesting month ahead of us.
(The crowd gives Anthony Brown the biggest ovation of the evening as he leaves the ring and F’N goes off the air.)
